From now until 2024/12/31, if you apply for the Sinopac Bank International Student co-branded Debit Card for the first time, and making one eligible purchase of any amount within 30 days after the card is issued & completing the registration, Sinopac Bank will reimburse TWD400 of the International Student Card application fee. Step 1: Obtain international student ID qualifications and card number.

Step 2 (Open an account online or open an account at a designated Wing Fung branch):

Click the exclusive link for online account opening of SinoPac International Student Card above or scan the QR Code of ISIC online card application, enter the International Student Card approval number (Customer Number) stated on the ISIC approval confirmation letter, and follow the instructions on the webpage to apply and Follow the instructions to upload the required ID image file.

Preparing Files:

  1. Go to the International Student ID Taiwan official website and log in to "My ID" and then Print the "Approval Confirmation Letter"
  2. Original ID card and secondary documents (such as driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc., foreigners please bring passport and residence permit).
  3. The minimum deposit amount for opening a seal and Taiwan dollar account is NT$1,000.

* Please note: Students who already hold a digital (large account) account with Sino-Fung Bank can only apply for a physical account at the counter and cannot apply for a digital account again. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their legal representative to open an account (see the official website of Wing Fung Bank at https://mma.tw/isicdebit).

Validity and extension of international student ID card

  1. The debit card function is valid for seven years.
  2. The validity period of the International Student Card is one year from the date of application. If you want to extend the validity period of the International Student Card, please contact Kang Wen Culture & Education Foundation.
