Preparing Files:

1. Go to the International Student ID Taiwan official website and log in to "My ID" and then Print the "Approval Confirmation Letter"
2. Original ID card and secondary documents (such as driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc., foreigners please bring passport and residence permit).
3. The minimum deposit amount for opening a seal and Taiwan dollar account is NT$1,000.

* Please note: Students who already hold a digital (large account) account with Sino-Fung Bank can only apply for a physical account at the counter and cannot apply for a digital account again. Validity and extension of international student ID card

1. The debit card function is valid for seven years.
2. The validity period of the International Student Card is one year from the date of application. If you want to extend the validity period of the International Student Card, please contact Kang Wen Culture & Education Foundation.
